Brand Ambassador @Stem Wine & Dessert Bar
STEM Wine & Desserts is a casual wine and dessert tasting lounge in Shelby, North Carolina. We are seeking a passionate and outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent STEM and enhance our presence in the community. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our lounge, engaging with customers, promoting our products, and creating memorable experiences that align with our brand’s values. Your role will involve building brand awareness, driving customer loyalty, and representing STEM Wine & Desserts at various events and promotional activities within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
● Promote the Brand: Act as the primary Ambassador of STEM Wine & Desserts, embodying our brand’s mission and values in all interactions with customers and the public.
● Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, providing information about our wine and dessert offerings, pairings, membership clubs, and events.
● Event Participation: Attend and actively participate in various events, tastings, festivals, and community gatherings to promote STEM and attract new customers.
● Social Media Interaction: Collaborate with internal teams to create content and engage with our online community through social media platforms.
● Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our products and services, ensuring that we continue to meet and exceed customer expectations.
● Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our wine and dessert selections, including origins, flavors, and pairing recommendations, to effectively educate customers. Aligned with continued ongoing education.
● Sales Support: Assist in driving sales by recommending products to customers, contributing to the overall success of the lounge.
Qualifications:
● Passion for Wine and Desserts: A genuine interest in and enthusiasm for wine, desserts, and gourmet experiences.
● Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to actively engage and connect with diverse audiences.
● Outgoing Personality: A friendly, approachable, and energetic demeanor that makes you a natural person.
● Event Experience: Experience in event participation or promotion is a plus.
● Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales, hospitality, or a customer service role is preferred.
● Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-focused environment while collaborating with other team-members for unified alignment.
● Scheduling: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and attend off-site events as needed.
Open flexibility to shift changes when needed due to employment shortages.

■ Exclusions may occur- Pending private events.
Ambassador coverage will be needed during events where STEM Exclusive Members can enjoy enhanced hours during special events and access to tastings when the menu change.
