This workshop is designed to help business owners, managers, and HR professionals refine their hiring process to attract and select the best candidates for their organization. Participants will learn strategies for defining job roles, creating compelling job postings, screening candidates, and conducting effective interviews. We’ll also explore tools for assessing candidate fit, avoiding common hiring mistakes, and understanding the legal aspects of hiring. By the end of the workshop, attendees will have a structured approach to hiring that will help them build a talented and dedicated team. Dr. Becky Sain will be the facilitator for this session.
