Founded in a church in 1980 by a group of concerned citizens who wanted to offer an option to nursing homes, the Life Enrichment Center has become one of the nation's most respected adult day care centers. We are a not-for-profit organization who has always had a philosophy of "Whatever It Takes" to help families keep adult family members at home and in the community.  Our mission is to support caregivers and their loved ones by providing safe, caring, and reliable day care for adults who would benefit from health care, meaningful programs, and opportunities for socialization.  Anyone over the age of 18 with any diagnosis is eligible to attend our day program where they will receive quality healthcare and specialty therapy, while participating in meaningful programs and opportunities for socialization. With two locations, we are proud to be trusted caregiving partners of so many families in the Cleveland, Gaston, and surrounding areas in NC & SC.
