Grace & Grit Marketing was founded by Andrea Milam Rodgers, a seasoned marketing professional with over 20 years of experience. After growing up in Shelby, NC, Andrea spent more than two decades in Washington, D.C., building a career working for Fortune 500 companies such as Daimler-Benz, Oracle, and Towers-Watson. In 2008, she launched her own business, working with national brands such as GEICO, Pantene, Ann Taylor, Talbots, SK-II Luxury Skincare, Lafayette 148 NY, and Equinox Fitness.

Rodgers holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University, where she double-majored in Economics and Politics. She was hand-picked by Vogue magazine as a founding member of The Vogue 100, an elite group of influential decision-makers known for their impact on fashion, business, and culture.
